Use of Rototiller

1. At the beginning of the work, the Rototiller should be in the state of lifting, first combined with the power output shaft, so that the rotation speed of the cutter shaft increased to the rated speed, and then decreased the Rototiller, so that the blade gradually buried to the required depth. It is forbidden to combine the blade with the power output shaft or down the Rototiller after the blade is buried, so as not to cause the blade to bend or break and increase the load of the tractor. 

2. In the operation, should be as low as possible slow, so as to ensure the quality of the operation, so that the Clod fine, but also to reduce the wear and tear parts. Listen to the Rotary Tiller for any noise or metal percussion, and observe the breaking of Soil and the depth of tilling. If there is an exception should be immediately stopped for inspection, after exclusion can continue to work.

4. When reversing, crossing the ridge and transferring the land, the Rotary Tiller should be raised to the highest position and power should be cut off to avoid damage to the machine. If moving to a distance, the Rotary Tiller should be fixed with a locking device. 

5. After each shift operation, the Rotary Tiller shall be maintained. Remove dirt and weeds from the blade, check the fastening of each joint, add lubricating oil to each lubricating oil point, and add butter to the universal joint to prevent further wear.
